LCA Annual Meeting at Leawood Elementary

Description:	*SPECIAL EVENT - LCA Annual Meeting, Wednesday 2/1/2017 @ 7 P.M.* Leawood Elementary School Library or Teacher’s Lounge?. The by-laws of the Leawood Civic Association require that a meeting be held on an annual basis in February. We have many open board positions which jeopardizes our ability to continue to provide activities. We invite all our neighbors and LCA members to attend and consider becoming a board member or volunteer. Please join us, we need you! The purpose of this meeting is to elect new members to the LCA Board of Directors for a two-year term. These are all voluntary positions that are filled by people that live in the Leawood community. All members of the LCA are eligible to participate and vote. Monthly meeting information: The Board of Directors meet the first Wednesday of each month, unless otherwise posted. All Leawood residents and guests are welcome and encouraged to attend! Monthly meetings are held, Oct.- May, at Leawood Elementary School teachers conference room. The June, July, August, & Sept. meetings are held at Leawood Park in the park pavilion. Please feel free to contact a board member for more details.
